Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist - Smart Living Solutions, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, demonstrating and promoting RiVa Smart’s innovative smart living products, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, training customers on product features, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The role requires collaboration with the internal sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and provide proactive supportProficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, close deals, and meet sales targetsExperience or capability in Training customers and team members on product usage and featuresAbility to efficiently explain technical concepts and provide clear, concise solutionsProficiency in smart home technologies is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredDemonstrated ability to work effectively on-site in a client-facing role
