What you’ll be doing:

  • Resource shall be responsible for technical services across North India (Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, J&K and Himachal) and shall be based out of Gurgaon, being a centralized location.
  • He shall be supervising over 100 project sites across region and training contractor’s site team and In-House team for best construction practices, safety, installation, jointing finishing, material handling etc. and facilitate new business generation from sites thru untapped categories.
  • He shall conduct site inspection for any product quality/ installation complaint and give recommendation for corrective measures and closure of CFFs.
  • In parallel, he shall report out to contractor or end client with a site inspection report and collaborate with them to improve errors or installation flaws from their end.
  • He shall be a single point of contact for over 200 nos. of dealers & contractors for any technical assistance or training to be imparted to their employees. As a technical resource, he will also contribute to sales team’s learning & technical acumen in North.
  • This role shall be instrumental in Knauf’s journey of being a brand of preference.

  • In-depth knowledge of Building Construction and finishing materials.
  • Should be able to supervise site installations & demonstrate product applications and installations.
  • Should be able to read and understand drawings and estimations.
  • Capability and interest to develop and train contractors & installers.
  • Computer literacy is a must with good presentation skills.
  • Shall be able to converse in Hindi /English with contractors & installers.
