ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud Specialist Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud initiatives. If you have a strong background in IT Operations Management and experience with ServiceNow, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.Main ResponsibilitiesLeverage your knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery to configure and maintain integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and Kubernetes.Develop and optimize Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors to ensure seamless data collection and accuracy.Manage MID Servers for on-prem and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.Requirements4–7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.Proven expertise in multi-cloud visibility (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, virtualization, storage, and middleware.Familiarity with protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, REST, SOAP, JDBC).What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
