The role involves working Independently and also Assisting the Director - Sales in the daily tasks related to new Client Acquisition, business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.Market Research and Analysis as per the guidelines of the Sales DirectorConduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.Analyze competitive landscape and develop strategies to position our services effectively.Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.Assist the Sales Director in Developing and Deliver compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.Sales and Conversions:Assist the Sales Director in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.Lead Generation:Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as digital marketing, events, referrals, and partnerships.Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline.Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.Meeting Management:Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients.Follow up on meetings and ensure timely and effective communication with clients.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions to achieve their business goals.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
