Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Digital Production Leader to spearhead our digital creative production efforts. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in overseeing end-to-end production for digital assets, including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.The successful candidate will partner with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables. They will champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team and drive innovation in digital production.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:15+ years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment.Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment.Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production, or similar).Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms for design, content, and motion generation.BenefitsWe offer a remote hybrid work model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.
