The Role We are looking for a video-first creator who excels in video editing, reels, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end video production — from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to editing and final output. Graphic design will still be part of the job but will remain secondary to video work. If you love crafting compelling narratives through motion, understand pacing and sound design, and can independently produce engaging video content, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities - Create short-form and long-form video content: reels, explainers, product videos, animations, and promotional clips. - Develop scripts, concepts, and storyboards independently. - Edit and produce high-quality videos using industry-standard tools. - Create motion graphics, micro-animations, text animations, and transitions. - Apply strong storytelling, pacing, visual rhythm, and sound design principles. - Conduct research on industry trends, domain topics, and target audience to inform content direction. - Design supporting assets such as social media creatives, thumbnails, posters, pitch decks, infographics, newsletters, and brand materials. - Produce UI/digital assets such as landing page visuals, icons, and logos when required. - Maintain brand consistency across all visual content. Expected Deliverables - Reels, short-form videos, social media clips - Explainer videos and product videos - Motion graphics, micro-animations, text animations - Edited long-form content (interviews, events, podcasts) - Storyboards and video concepts - Social media creatives: posts, carousels, thumbnails - Business collateral: pitch decks, newsletters, infographics - Print media: posters, brochures, banners, standees - UI and digital assets Skills - Strong video editing and motion graphics skills - Expertise in storytelling, pacing, and visual narrative building - Strong sense of sound design, rhythm, and transitions - Ability to ideate, script, storyboard, and execute independently - Creative writing for scripts, captions, and narrative flow - Strong graphic design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout - Information design and visual communication - Basic to intermediate animation - Illustration skills (preferred) - Research-driven mindset Tools - Adobe Premiere Pro - After Effects - DaVinci Resolve - Final Cut Pro - Adobe Audition or similar for sound - Any modern motion graphics/video tools (bonus if you use your own preferred tools) - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Figma - Canva - CorelDRAW - PowerPoint / Microsoft Office Ideal Candidate - A video-first creator who can ideate, script, storyboard, edit, and finalize videos independently - Strong storytelling mindset with excellent pacing and narrative skills - Balances creative thinking with flawless execution - Highly proactive, self-driven, and organized - Adapts quickly to new industries and topics - Thrives in a fast-paced, research-heavy creative environment - Passionate about merging content, storytelling, and motion design Why Techdome?
