**Job Description**: We are seeking an accomplished and hands-on motion design lead to shape and elevate the craft of motion graphics, CGI, and post-production. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects, visual effects, CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.As a motion design lead, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.This is a unique opportunity to drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.**Required Skills and Qualifications**: The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI. They will be proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, and DaVinci Resolve.The candidate should also have a strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.
