Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing available consultants to US clients and vendors, driving submittals, interviews, offers, and starts. This role is ideal for individuals with strong vendor networks and fast submittal cadences.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Marketing: Proactively market available consultants to US clients and vendors.Pipeline Ownership: Build targeted hotlists and weekly mailers to drive submittals and interviews.Vendor & Client Relations: Maintain a live vendor network and respond promptly to client requests.Recruitment Operations: Screen candidates for fit and authorization, validate skills, prepare them for interviews, and manage submissions with clear and concise write-ups.Compliance & ATS Hygiene: Ensure the accuracy of ATS/CRM data and maintain complete documentation.Reporting: Develop and own weekly dashboards on submittals, interviews, offers, starts, cycle time, and win rate.Requirements:3-5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, bench sales, or candidate marketing.A proven track record of building and maintaining strong vendor networks and achieving fast submittal cadences.Fluency in US tax terms and work authorizations.Hands-on experience with recruiting software, such as Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and at least one ATS system.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong negotiation abilities.
