Job Title: Senior Manager – Strategic FinanceJob Description:The Senior Manager – Strategic Finance will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, business planning, and performance management across operations. This role requires a strong understanding of services, financial modelling, and stakeholder management to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Planning:Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting aligned with objectives.Develop financial models to evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and capital investments.Business Performance & Analytics:Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Partner with units to drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.Budgeting & Forecasting:Oversee annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.Ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals and market dynamics.Investment & Capital Projects:Evaluate ROI and financial viability of infrastructure and technology investments.Support funding strategies and liaise with internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with senior leadership, members, and partners on strategic finance matters.Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.Support audits and risk assessments related to operations.Qualifications and Requirements:The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent professional qualification.8–12 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate finance roles.Prior experience in , logistics, infrastructure, or service industries preferred.Strong analytical, modelling, and presentation skills.Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
