Head- Enterprise Sales

Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Enterprise Sales with 18-25 years of experience in the Data Centers industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our enterprise sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and drive the expansion of our enterprise sales division in the rapidly evolving data center industry.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the enterprise sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Data Centers industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our solutions to add value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and budget plans to the executive leadership team.
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise sales function.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand and expand the network of potential clients.
