Marut Drones is a team of talented and experienced individuals building end-to-end solutions to effectively enable and scale drone operations. We are the first company to introduce Data Analytics, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to the nascent drone industry in India.


Position Summary

Responsible for leading the overall sales strategy for the India Agri Drone business Candidate will partner closely with the dealers for Agricultural machinery and equipment to spread awareness of Agri drones to the agricultural base that is farmers.


Location: Work location will be decided at management discretion but primarily based out of the Marut Drones Head Office, Hyderabad and should be willing to travel to all geographies as per Marut’s business needs


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA

  • Create territorial sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Report on territorial sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Analyze territorial market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction


Experience:

  • Graduation with around 3-4 years of experience in sales of agricultural products and services (Essential)
  • Experience In tractors/ Implements.
  • Experienced in the use of consultative sales approach or adapting to provide solutions to customer needs would be considered an advantage.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional / Territory Sales Manager, similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

  • Comprehensive possession of sales and business acumen
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint
  • Command over Local Speaking Language, English, Hindi
