Drone Counselor

**Job Title: Counsellor**
**Location: Gurugram (Udhyog Vihar - Phase 4)**
**Education: Graduate (any degree)**
**Experience: 3-7 Years in Ed-tech**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Counselling Prospective Students**:

- Provide detailed information about our drone courses, including curriculum, benefits, career opportunities, and admission process.
- Address queries and concerns of prospective students to assist them in making informed decisions.
**2. Achieving Enrollment Targets**:

- Meet the monthly target of generating Rs. 5,00,000 in revenue from student enrollments.
- Track and report on progress towards targets, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure goals are met.
**3. Collaboration with Team Leader**:

- Work under the supervision of the Team Leader, sharing information and updates regarding student inquiries and enrollments.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop and implement effective counselling strategies.
**4. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment statuses.
- Prepare and present regular reports on counselling activities and outcomes to the Team Leader
Salary and Incentives:

- Base Salary: As per market standards.
- Incentives: Incentive structure will be based on the achievement of monthly enrollment targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in educational counselling or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the drone industry or technical courses is a plus. Key Competencies:

- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales techniques and ability to meet revenue targets.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with the Team Leader and other team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve student concerns effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
