Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesYour primary objectives will include: Digital Creative Production Leadership - Oversee end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics. Automation & Process Innovation - Identify, design, and implement automation use cases across creative production (e.g., resizing, versioning, localization). AI-Driven Content & Design Enablement - Evaluate and integrate AI tools for design, image, video, and content generation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs). Studio & Capability Growth - Mentor a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers; nurture cross functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: 15+ years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment. Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment. Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production, or similar). Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms for design, content, and motion generation. Proven success in leading digital or hybrid creative teams across global markets. Excellent understanding of production metrics, workflow governance, and delivery automation.
