Graphic Design Expert WantedWe are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging logos, banners, flyers, and marketing collateral that capture audiences and enhance brand identity.About the JobAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing impactful logos, developing branding materials, creating digital banners, and collaborating with the marketing team to produce campaign assets.Key Responsibilities:Logo Design:Create memorable logos that align with our brand's vision and identity.Deliver multiple logo options and iterate based on feedback.Marketing Collaterals:Design brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed materials.Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines across all designs.Digital Banners:Create web banners, social media graphics, and advertisements optimized for digital platforms.Adapt designs to different resolutions and formats as needed.Campaign Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product launches.Ensure designs are aligned with the overall strategy and message.Brand Identity:Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of our brand across all deliverables.Develop style guides and templates to streamline future design work.File Preparation:Prepare and optimize files for both digital and print production.Trend Awareness:Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing logos, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design). Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus. Knowledge of print production processes and digital optimization.Creativity: Strong ability to think creatively and produce original designs.Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and commitment to quality in design execution.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present ideas and incorporate feedback effectively.
