Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Silver Stem Communications in Delhi, India. As a Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, marketers, and operations, to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.

·        Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.

·        Negotiation and closing skills

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

·        Create and manage sales plans, including targets and quotas.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.


Qualifications


·        Proven experience in sales, preferably in the event management or related industry

·        Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities

·        Self-motivated and target-driven

·        Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        Knowledge of event management industry trends and best practices

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
