Growth Marketer**Job Description:**We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketer to develop and execute a multi-channel strategy that drives engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging content, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and email marketing to achieve business objectives. They will be responsible for repurposing existing content into various formats, planning and executing content distribution across multiple channels, running paid ad campaigns, identifying and managing influencer partnerships, building and growing our email list and newsletter engagement, and tracking performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:Content Repurposing: Convert YouTube videos into engaging newsletters, tweets, and other formats to maximize reach and impact.Content Distribution: Plan and execute a comprehensive content distribution strategy across social media, email, and other channels to drive engagement and conversions.Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic, leads, and sales.Influencer Partnerships: Identify and manage relationships with influencers who can help amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.Email Marketing: Build and grow our email list and optimize email campaigns to drive opens, clicks, and conversions.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure campaign success and inform future optimization.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.Generalist skills in ads, social media, content, influencer marketing, and email.Understanding of AI and interest in the space.Clear track record of results.Action-oriented and comfortable in ambiguity.Good communication and proactive skills.Bonus Points:Experience in creator economy, B2B SaaS, or education businesses.Content system or workflow development experience.Worked at a company with less than 10 people.Possess your own online presence.
