This is a revenue-driving, counselling-focused role based in physical learning centres.Key Responsibilities : Counsel potential learners via calls, centre visits, and video sessions.Understand learner needs and recommend suitable upGrad programs.Convert leads to admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.Manage the full sales cycle — enquiry to enrolment and post-sales support.Maintain CRM records and track performance metrics.Coordinate with centre teams to ensure smooth learner experience.Requirements : Graduate with 1-2 years of B2C or consultative sales experience (EdTech preferred).Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work with targets and handle multiple tasks.Basic MS Office + CRM proficiency.
