About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating information security related compliances such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, PCIDSS, RBI SAR on PAPG and DL.Maintain compliance related documents across all scoped functionsPerform ongoing refactoring of implemented controlsLiaise closely with the IT and Engineering team to implement best in class information/data security/privacy controlsIdentify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies and best practicesBe the information security SPOC for our Regulatory Body (RBI) external banking clients for cyber security related queries and closurePrepare detailed data flow diagrams and documents for both clients and internalAddressed and remediated audit findings through process improvements, policy updates, and technical controls to ensure compliance and reduce riskResponsibilities:You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain information security policies and procedures that align with industry standards. You will also be responsible for conducting periodic risk assessments and internal audits, as well as vendor risk assessments.Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats and technologies, and stay abreast of changing regulatory requirements.What We Offer:Our company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
