Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled IT professional to support our team and ensure secure, reliable IT operations.Manage IT infrastructure, providing hardware/software support and maintaining secure access to systems.Offer remote assistance for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.3+ years of IT experience, preferably in support and administration.Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote assistance for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Systems Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data.
