We are looking for a senior professional to lead our lending services division in Gurgaon. As a Commercial Real Estate Assistant & Associate Director, you will oversee end-to-end lending life cycle activities across CRE products.You will work closely with senior leadership of delivery and technology solution teams to manage client deliverables and expand our offerings through various value propositions.Key Responsibilities:Help grow the commercial real estate businessEnsure adherence to client service level agreements and policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomesIdentify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvementsAdd value to deliverables across different processes within the loan life cycleMentor junior team members and review their deliverablesEscalate risks and mitigants in a timely mannerPartner with Acuity technology solutions team to identify and provide client-appropriate technology-driven offeringsRequired Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:14-18 years of experience in commercial real estate businessDeep understanding of various CRE lending products and platformsKnowledge of mortgage documents, origination procedures, underwriting, and monitoringAbility to ensure deliverables meet client SLAs in terms of productivity, quality, and time-to-marketExcellent written and verbal communication, logical, and analytical skillsExperience working with sales teams to create marketing collateral and responding to RFPsExperience drafting SOPsCompliance with company policies and guidelinesMinimum 5 years of team management experience including clientsStrong relationship building with internal and external stakeholdersPlease note that we are committed to providing a rewarding work environment that aligns with your skills and interests.
