Senior RPA Developer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Senior RPA Developer/Lead to join our organization.The ideal candidate will have experience in IBM RPA Automation/Automation Anywhere/UI Path and a strong background in developing and implementing RPA solutions on at least one of these platforms.Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using IBM RPA Automation/Automation Anywhere/UI Path, as well as engaging in requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and solutioning for new automation opportunities.The successful candidate will also prepare proof of concepts (POCs), solution demos, and automation workflows to support presales activities, present RPA solutions, architectural approaches, and value propositions to customers during presales discussions, and interact directly with customers to understand their business needs, respond to technical queries, and support proposal creation.Servicing as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives is also a key aspect of this role.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 7+ years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA Automation/Automation Anywhere/UI PathStrong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practicesProficiency in IBM RPA Automation or Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360) or UI Path developmentExperience with process analysis, design, and implementationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirableKnowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plusFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesPREFERRED SKILLSExposure and experience with Agentic ai frameworks, tools and systemsFamiliarity with LLMs and AI?
