We are looking for a Senior RPA Engineer with a strong command of Microsoft Power Automate, excellent critical thinking skills, and a passion for building end-to-end intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will also have scripting expertise in Python and exposure to other RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere and UiPath.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Write and maintain Python scripts to support automation workflows and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend the best tools and approaches for automation based on business needs.

- Ensure robustness, security, and compliance in all automation implementations.

- Maintain and monitor bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA and intelligent automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in RPA development and automation engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).

- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.

- Ability to think critically and design smart, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions.

- Familiarity with API integrations, data manipulation, and workflow orchestration.

- Exposure to Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or other RPA tools is a strong plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AI/ML integration in automation workflows.

- (The person should be good in Python coding)

- Person should handson exp on Data extraction, document automation.

- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, etc.

- RPA certifications (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) are a plus.
