Senior Quantitative Researcher – Join a High-Impact Trading Team Our client is looking for an exceptional Senior Quantitative Researcher to join a high-performance team developing next-generation trading systems and driving research innovation across global markets. Key Responsibilities Design, refine, and optimize quantitative trading strategies using proprietary platforms. Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns, insights, and alpha opportunities. Collaborate closely with traders and engineers to enhance strategy efficiency and execution. Develop predictive models for market behavior and price dynamics. Mentor and guide junior researchers and interns , fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Ideal Profile 2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or a related field. Strong programming skills in C++ or C , with familiarity in Python and Linux environments. Solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from a top-tier institution. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills. Experience in high-frequency trading or fast-paced startup environments is a plus. Self-driven, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative.
