Quantitative Researcher / Trader (HFT) Location: Mumbai & Noida (Onsite) Type: Full-time A high-frequency trading desk within a large, well-capitalized group is expanding its India operations. You will research, test, build, refine, and run C++ based systematic trading strategies. The team runs low-latency, in-house systems, including FPGA-based execution infrastructure. Qualifications 2+ years as a Quant Researcher or Trader at a tier 1 quantitative trading firm Mandatory: Hands-on C++ experience used in professional, full-time work (not academic, not internships) Experience with low-latency environments FPGA familiarity is a strong advantage Strong fundamentals in mathematics, statistics, and an extreme problem-solving mindset Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions Experience with futures and options is preferred Culture Collaboration-heavy; researchers, traders, and developers work closely Roles are flexible and fluid, you can pursue projects outside your core role New ideas and independent research projects are encouraged High ownership: good ideas can move to production quickly Discreet conversations are always welcome (if concerned contact us directly)
