What You'll Do Gather and analyze global financial market data to identify hidden patterns and structural behaviors. Apply advanced statistical analysis and data-mining techniques to build forecasts and develop profitable predictive trading models. Collaborate closely with traders, engineers, and researchers to design, refine, and optimize trading strategies. Partner with technology and business teams to support cutting-edge electronic trading initiatives. Contribute to continuous innovation and evolution of research capabilities. Perform additional duties as required in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Skills You'll Need A creative, driven, self-motivated problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges. Strong programming skills in C++ and Python within a Linux ecosystem. Familiarity with Python, R, or MATLAB , with the ability to build research-centric tools and frameworks. Strong grounding in forecasting, modeling, and data-mining methods - including regression (linear & non-linear), neural networks, support vector machines, or related ML techniques. Passion for advancing machine learning applications within trading and market prediction. Masters or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering , or a related quantitative field. Willingness to thrive in a collaborative, team-centric culture. Reliable and predictable availability. Good to Have Demonstrated success designing or implementing profitable trading strategies. Experience deploying statistical or machine learning models in a live trading environment. Experience working with large-scale datasets and real-time market data frameworks. Strong research publications or past contributions in quantitative modeling.
