Your work directly drives platform revenue and supply strength.What You’ll Own:Seller Success & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with top sellers & live sellersMonitor performance: revenue, frequency, engagementIdentify growth opportunities & scale seller earningsPrevent churn with proactive interventionsConduct regular check-ins and reviewsGrowth & OpsHelp sellers improve catalogue, pricing, and inventoryExecute seller engagement & growth programsCollaborate with marketing/content/product teamsRun growth experiments and apply learningsData & ReportingTrack seller KPIs and patternsDeliver insights to improve retention and revenueMaintain accurate dashboards and reportsWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Haves2+ years in Sales, Account Management, Seller Success, or GrowthStrong communication in Hindi & EnglishProven ability to hit targetsComfortable with data and dashboardsBackground in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer internetPassion for sales, relationships, and growthNice-to-HavesExperience with SMBs or online sellersFamiliarity with CRM & sales automation toolsSuccess Metrics70% seller retention after 90 daysConsistent improvement in seller revenue & show frequency100+ meaningful seller interactions monthlyMonthly insights & growth experiments shippedWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryEquity: Stock optionsLeadership mentorship & rapid growthStartup perks, flexible PTOWork ArrangementIn-office role at Chhatarpur, Delhi (5 days/week)Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
