Role: Supply Success Manager You’ll own seller growth, retention, and long-term success. Your work directly drives platform revenue and supply strength. What You’ll Own: Seller Success & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with top sellers & live sellers Monitor performance: revenue, frequency, engagement Identify growth opportunities & scale seller earnings Prevent churn with proactive interventions Conduct regular check-ins and reviews Growth & Ops Help sellers improve catalogue, pricing, and inventory Execute seller engagement & growth programs Collaborate with marketing/content/product teams Run growth experiments and apply learnings Data & Reporting Track seller KPIs and patterns Deliver insights to improve retention and revenue Maintain accurate dashboards and reports What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves 2+ years in Sales,
