Role Overview:

The SEO Strategist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive website traffic, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to optimize performance and ROI. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution:

  • Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO aspects.
  • Monitor and improve website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies (internal & external).
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms and trends.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Analyze website traffic trends and provide insights for content optimization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO campaign performance.
  • Track conversion rates and suggest improvements for landing pages and user experience.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with content creators, web developers, and the marketing team to implement SEO strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience optimizing SEO for Google and Bing. 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Search Console).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
