From showcasing iconic destinations to producing campaigns for global brands, we deliver world-class visuals and innovative concepts that inspire, influence, and leave a lasting impact.Role & ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, and brand sectorsBuild and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Agencies)Pitch RealityBox services with strategic storytelling decks, proposals, and case studiesCollaborate with the leadership & creative teams to develop proposals, pricing, and project strategiesRepresent RealityBox at industry events, networking forums, and client meetingsTrack sales pipeline, manage CRM updates, and achieve quarterly revenue targetsUnderstand agency workflows and ensure smooth communication from pitch to deliveryRequirements3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a marketing/advertising/production agency (mandatory)Strong track record of closing mid-to-high-value deals (₹10L–₹50L range projects preferred)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience in building pitch decks and proposals for global brands or tourism boardsStrong network with decision-makers in marketing, advertising, or travel/luxury brands is a big plusSelf-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives (uncapped earnings potential)Opportunity to work with global brands & tourism boardsCreative freedom in shaping RealityBox’s growth strategyA collaborative, high-energy team environmentCareer growth in a company building a global creative network
