The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics, and be comfortable with data-driven decision making and systematic processes.Responsibilities:Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assetsDevelop and deploy effective trading strategiesMonitor and refine existing strategies to optimize performanceManage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworksKeep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditionsCollaborate with quant researchers and engineers to share insights and improve trading outcomesStay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments to inform trading decisionsKey Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and personal qualities.
