Financial Collections Specialist RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and executing the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our financial collections solution.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services, collections systems, credit risk, and debt management. You will be required to communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach to stakeholders, aligning with bank collection priorities, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Define and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on high-value collections features such as early delinquency workflows, automated reminders, segmentation strategies, promise-to-pay tracking, skip tracing, restructuring workflows, repossession, and legal collections.Convert business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development, QE, and integration teams.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment across all parties.Monitor financial collections performance using analytics and KPIs (cure rate, roll rate, delinquency bucket movement, recovery performance, PTP adherence, agent productivity) and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, business, or related fields.10+ years of experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns.Prior exposure to enterprise banking products on collections is mandatory.Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (consumer rights, AML, data privacy, write-off rules, restructuring standards).Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodology.Benefits:Performance-Linked Bonus: Enjoy a performance-linked bonus as a testament to your dedication.Rewards Beyond the Job: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including Remote Work Support, Health Insurance, Care Program, and Online Psychological Support.Birthday Leave: Take the day off on your birthday and treat yourself.Global Impact, Cutting-Edge Tech: Immerse yourself in global projects with top-tier clients and stay ahead with cutting-edge technologies.Unleash Your Potential: Develop yourself with VeriPark Academy opportunities; webinars, and in-house training sessions.Diverse, Vibrant Community: Be part of a dynamic environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
