As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial excellence and making strategic contributions to our business.About the Position:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and manage financial audits, tax filings, and submissions.Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and optimize financial efficiency.Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CPA, or CA qualification preferred.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and proactive solution-oriented mindset.
