Job DescriptionRole: Leadership level
We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.
Responsibilities:Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referralsGuide and cultivate the Sales Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievementIdentify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sectorSet revenue and goals for the Sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelinesProvide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunitiesOversee the P&L of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met
Required Skills:Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector5+ years of experience in B2C sales roleProven success in team managementAbility to travel as needed for business engagementsExperience in the retail financial services space selling asset or liability products and managing a large field force
