If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.- Provide detailed information about our products and services.- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.Requirements:- Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.Working Conditions:6-day working week.Salary range: 2.55 - 4.
