The Marketing Project Manager will focus on the execution of marketing projects, ensuring seamless coordination among various teams and stakeholders. This role emphasizes efficient project management, data analysis, and team alignment to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives. The individual will act as a bridge between the Marketing Head and sub-teams, streamlining processes, maintaining documentation, and driving execution excellence.
Marketing Head
- Coordinating marketing projects across branding, admissions, and other sub-teams to ensure timely execution.
- Media planning, execution, and publication of campaigns.
- Ensuring accurate documentation, billing, and vendor management processes.
- Organizing and facilitating key weekly review meetings for the following teams:
- Monday: Branding team
- Tuesday: Leadership team
- Wednesday: Admission partners
- Thursday: Admissions team
- Friday: Technology team
- Saturday: Weekly events (online)
- Sunday: Parent review meetings
- Developing and maintaining efficient systems to manage project workflows.
- Weekly tracking of tasks and targets, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Providing detailed progress reports to the Marketing Head and flagging any potential delays or issues.
- 100% on-time delivery of planned marketing activities.
- Accuracy and timeliness in documentation, billing, and vendor management.
- Completion of weekly project tasks and milestones within the deadlines.
- Successful organization and execution of all scheduled review meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing sub-teams and external stakeholders.
- Support the Marketing Head in all operational and execution-related activities.
- Analyze data to provide insights into campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Create and implement tools or systems to improve workflow and communication.
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or marketing coordination.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, mathematics, and Excel (including advanced formulas).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in building and managing systems to improve team efficiency.
- Exceptional coordination and communication skills to manage multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage documentation and billing processes.
- Hands-on experience with tracking tools and technology to monitor campaign performance.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
