Location: Mumbai

Position: Growth Strategist

Position Overview: We are seeking a Growth Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will support the CMO and the broader marketing team in executing a wide range of marketing strategies and campaigns, focused on growth, brand development, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Strategy: Assist the CMO in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, including growth marketing, brand positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Performance Marketing: Coordinate with the performance marketing team to support paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and optimize performance.
  • Brand Marketing: Work with the team on brand-building activities, including brand strategy, customer engagement, and outreach programs. Assist in executing brand campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support marketing initiatives. Gather insights into customer preferences, emerging trends, and industry developments.
  • Content Creation and Management: Assist in content creation, scheduling, and management across various digital and offline channels. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Project Management: Help manage marketing projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather data and create reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics. Present insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 Colleges
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong background in education, consulting, or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key marketing metrics.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
