Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to join our team, supporting our client in delivering high-quality Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle EPM tools, including FCCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, PCM, as well as a working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PyCAF.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle EPM modules: FCCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, and PCM.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and offer tailored solutions using Oracle EPM.
  • Utilize OIC to integrate Oracle EPM with other business applications.
  • Leverage PyCAF for automation and customization as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of Oracle EPM systems.
  • Participate in business process analysis and support the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Offer support during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday) and provide after-hours assistance as per a mutually agreed business calendar.
  • Adhere to the client's security protocols, including working on a company-provided laptop if required for data protection.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant with expertise in FCCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, and PCM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PyCAF.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.



Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • After-hours support as scheduled based on client needs.
