Job SummaryWe seek a highly skilled Senior Manager to oversee our finance and accounting operations.Financial Management:Direct day-to-day accounting activities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in accordance with Indian Accounting practices.Manage banking relationships, working capital limits, and fund flow planning to ensure liquidity for operations.Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate accounting of employee benefits.Compliance & Taxation:Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax.Manage filing of returns and handle tax assessments or scrutiny matters.Liaise with external consultants and tax authorities for timely resolution of notices or queries.Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other secretarial matters.Financial Analysis & Reporting:Prepare and present Monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports highlighting key financial metrics and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals).Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.Provide product costing analysis and inventory valuation support to the manufacturing team.Audit & Internal Controls:Lead coordination for Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits ensuring timely completion.Design and implement robust internal financial controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Monitor inventory audits and physical stock verification processes.Leadership:Mentor and manage the accounts team ensuring high performance and professional development.Foster a culture of accuracy integrity and efficiency within the department.
