We are currently seeking a skilled Professional to join our team in the field of Insurance Administration.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Administrator to utilize their knowledge and skills to support the growth and development of our organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including handling claims data, evaluating trends, and creating loss summaries.Obtain Claims data, evaluate for trends, and create loss summaries.Follow up on claim assignments with insurers as required.Generate Acord applications as requested.Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesIssue confirmation of coverage and other insurance documents as required.Execute routine policy changes with insurers.Bill policies according to the billing worksheet.Follow up on the timely issuance of Insurance policies and Audits.Review policies, endorsements, & Audits for accuracy.Prepare renewal 'kits,' proposals, and quarterly review presentations as required.Update the Operating Platform with underwriting data.Collaborate with Account Executives in assembling Marketing Submissions.Issue renewal certificates, automobile identification cards, and confirmation of coverage letters.RequirementsEducation and QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.Proficient in the use of various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.).
