ERP Developer Role:An ERP Developer plays a crucial role in the implementation and customization of Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Their primary responsibility is to analyze, design, and implement software solutions that meet the needs of an organization.Main Responsibilities:Integration Analysis and Development: As an ERP Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing integrations between NetSuite and other external or third-party systems.Customization and Configuration: You will design, build, test, and deploy Integration/Customization solutions to support the organization's ERP applications.Custom Integrations: Create custom integrations using Suite Cloud Platform, SuiteScript, Web Services, and Rest APIs.Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform Unit Test and support systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing insight to testing teams to ensure the appropriate depth of test coverage.Automation: Provide any automation using workflows as per the requirements.Documentation: Create technical documents which capture the development standards for the NetSuite project.Problem-Solving: Coordinate the feasibility study with the cost-effective technology and come up with architecture details to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or limitation of the system.Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders and end-users to ensure that the ERP customization or integration can be completely integrated into the ERP system.Qualifications:Experience: At least 4 years of SuiteScript usage and NetSuite software development experience.Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills.Leadership: Lead technical discussions with clients and third-party vendors.Independence: Ability to work independently.Business Acumen: Ability to handle complex business requirements and provide solutioning.Mentorship: Ability to mentor junior resources when needed.Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical and analytical skills.
