Windchill ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Windchill professional to design, implement and maintain configurations, customizations and enhancements for our enterprise cloud PLM systems.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Windchill developer where you will be responsible for configuring, designing, developing and implementing solutions for PTC Windchill+ and ThingWorx Navigate.Key ResponsibilitiesConfiguration and Development: Configure, design, develop and implement out-of-the-box and custom solutions and extensions for PTC Windchill+ and ThingWorx Navigate.Workflow Creation: Create and enhance workflows, life cycles and business rules to meet specific organizational requirements.Data Visualization: Develop reports, dashboards and data visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision making.UI Improvement: Implement user interface improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.Performance Optimization: Optimize queries and system performance through code refinement.Integration Development: Develop data migration scripts and utilities to support roll out to plants and build integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, MES, etc).Quality AssuranceComprehensive Testing: Design and execute comprehensive test plans for all developed solutions before deployment.Vendor Validation: Validate that all configurations and customizations developed by vendors meet performance, security and scalability requirements.System Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing and regression testing of code and configurations.Load Testing: Test system behavior under various load conditions to ensure production readiness.Compatibility Testing: Verify system compatibility across browsers, devices and operating environments.Technical LeadershipDocumentation: Document technical specifications, development approaches and system configurations.Coding Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.Knowledge Base: Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation for support teams.Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.Continuous ImprovementSystem Optimization: Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement.New Feature Adoption: Leverage new PTC features and capabilities to deliver additional business value.System Monitoring: Monitor system health and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
