Workforce Management ProfessionalAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Professional to join our team. This is a key position responsible for overseeing and managing workforce management processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in workforce management principles, tools, and methodologies to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement.Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes to meet business objectives.Develop and maintain workforce models, including FTE-based and outcomes-based models.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize workforce performance.Provide training and support to team members on workforce management best practices and technologies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a contact center environment.Proven track record of improving workforce productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Expertise in workforce management software, including VBA, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power Automate.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
