Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Officer to join our team in key growth markets across South and West India. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in field sales, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) and liability accounts through effective field sales, referrals, and cold-calling efforts. Additionally, they will be expected to meet and exceed branch liability sales and revenue targets while ensuring strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and all internal regulatory policies.The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as local market knowledge and experience in banking field sales.
