Logistics Sales RepresentativeRelying on your expertise, you will expand and grow shipper accounts within North American lanes (truckload, LTL, and cross-border) by negotiating rates and securing capacity through a network of trusted carriers.Key Responsibilities:Grow freight business with existing shippers in truckload, LTL, and cross-border lanes.Negotiate and secure capacity with vetted carrier partners.Oversee daily freight operations from pickup to delivery point with full support from our backend team.Maintain accurate CRM data and track load profitability.Collaborate with customs and asset-based trucking teams for cross-border freight management.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years' active experience in freight brokerage or carrier sales.Familiarity with working at a 3PL or brokerage in North American trucking markets.Proven ability to close freight deals, handle customer objections, and manage expectations.Understanding of load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop) and CRMs (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).A self-motivated individual seeking a challenging role with strong earning potential.What We OfferCompetitive base pay with a high commission split.Uncapped earnings opportunities.Full operational, dispatch, and accounting support to focus on sales growth.Access to global forwarding and customs brokerage services for multimodal opportunities.A clear career path to leadership roles in a rapidly expanding North American logistics firm.The flexibility to work remotely with North American operating hours.
