We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team.Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South and East for a sales and business development professional in the real estate sector.The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions as needed, and supporting sales and management efforts to drive revenue and business growth.Key responsibilities include:Identify and pursue new sales opportunitiesMaintain relationships with existing clientsManage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer serviceConduct training sessions as neededS Support sales and management efforts to drive revenue and business growthKey qualifications include:Strong communication and customer service skillsA proactive attitude with excellent negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with teamsBackground in real estate (not mandatory)Candidates from the hotel industry with customer-facing experience or aviation industry with cabin crew/air hostess experience are preferred.They should be smart and fluent in English, comfortable with client-facing roles, and confident dealing with high net worth individuals and CXOs.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package with attractive bonuses on sales performance.Workplace locations are at our head office in South Bangalore (Jaya Nagar) or in East Bangalore.
