What This Role Requires

In the role of Solution Architect, you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost effective. Architect enterprise-wide applications, integrations, data flows, and AI/ML solutions
• Data Modernization Efforts: Lead end-to-end data modernization projects, from legacy data system migration to implementing modern cloud-based data architectures, ensuring optimized data flow, storage, and analytics capabilities
• AI/ML Solutions: Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions to enhance business capabilities, driving automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making
• Generative AI (Preferred): Experience with Generative AI tools and applications, using them to build innovative solutions that leverage advanced machine learning techniques for natural language processing, content generation, and more
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Serve as the go-to expert for technical problem-solving and guidance
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive business value
• Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies for both internal and external systems, ensuring seamless communication across diverse platforms
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on the latest technology trends and assess potential technologies, platforms, and tools that can be leveraged for current and future projects
• Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that solution designs and implementations meet relevant compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX) and industry regulations, especially in the context of the health sciences domain
• Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system blueprints, technical designs, and integration guidelines. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to solution architecture, such as system performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and integration challenges
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested, optimized for performance, and meet high standards for security, compliance, and maintainability
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to junior architects, developers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Project Oversight: Assist with project planning and management by providing estimates, timelines, and resource needs. Ensure that the solution design aligns with project goals and timelines

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, system design, or enterprise architecture, with a track record of designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level technology solutions
• Technical Expertise - Proficiency in designing solutions across a variety of technology stacks, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, etc.), databases, and integration technologies (API, ESB, microservices)
• Cloud Architecture - Extensive experience in architecting and deploying cloud-based solutions using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Architecture Frameworks - Solid understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies
• Integration & APIs - Experience with system integration tools and techniques, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, middleware, ESB, and message queues
• Compliance Processes & Security - Experience in implementing and ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, SOX) and best practices in security, especially in highly regulated industries
• Data Modernization - Proven experience leading data modernization efforts, including legacy data migration, cloud data architectures, and optimizing data flow, storage, and analytics.
• AI/ML Solutions- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions to drive automation and advanced analytics capabilities
• Generative AI ( Preferred) -Familiarity or experience with Generative AI technologies, such as GPT models, for applications in content generation, natural language processing, or other advanced machine learning tasks
• Health Sciences Domain (Preferred): Experience working in or with the health sciences, life sciences, or healthcare domain, including understanding of domain-specific regulations and challenges
• Project Management- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Ability to manage project timelines and work cross-functionally to achieve goals
• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively in solving complex business and technical challenges
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AI/ML-related certifications) are a plus
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, CRM platforms, or business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless computing
