What This Role Requires

In the role of Analytics Delivery Leas , you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

  • Sit with Product Owner to decide features, PI outcomes, Sprint Planning – on behalf of all the developers.
  • Daily Meetings, Milestones, Resources Capacity Tracking, Shifts & Schedules.
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business problem statements into technical solutions.
  • Smooth Implementation - Communication within team amongst UI/UX designer, Developers, QA and UAT users and/or business.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other teams (platform/support) – to ensure smooth deployment – handle JIRA tickets/RFCs/requests/Qtest runs/code check-ins.
  • Demo to UAT users/business.
  • Help reviewing documentations – requirement doc, design doc, II doc, QA test cases, User Guide docs.
  • First line of support for any tasks, issues and escalations, like a go to person.
  • Assist in the generation of requirement documents (functional & tech), Mapping doc, User Acceptance Criteria & UAT docs.
  • Work with UI/UX designer and build prototype – that is feasible in chosen tool.
  • Develop and lead reports development and process improvement, scripting & process automation as and when possible.
  • Make recommendations, lay down guidelines & best practices in place for data model setup, reports development, performance tuning & resource optimization.
  • Reports Sanity Testing, Ensuring Data Quality & maintain and review data testing efforts.
  • Lead the evaluation of features and functionalities, conduct feasibility study - what's possible vs what's not & work arounds on need basis.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to all the developers.
  • Effectively communicate plans, status, and issues internally & with stakeholders.
  • Provide general peer to peer training and support, available to provide inputs to any action items, deliverables.
  • Set and maintain product technical vision and technical roadmap, extended support during product/platform upgrades/downtimes.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with Data management & AI technical skills.
  • Hands on experience in databases (SQL/ Postgres/ Oracle)
  • Hands on experience in cloud technologies like AWS (Redshift & Snowflake) / Azure DW
  • Hands on experience in ETL processes and tools like Alteryx/ Dataiku/ etc.
  • Hands on experience in Data Visualization tools like Tableau/ PowerBI / Spotfire.
  • Strong analytical abilities along with good communication and presentation skills.
