Role brief:

We are seeking a Content & Communication Lead to join our Marketing team. The Content & Communication Lead will play a pivotal role in producing content that conveys the company's unique brand story.

Incumbents should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, , as well as using customer data to formulate a content and communication strategy that helps in brand building . Here, content is defined as multimedia articles on owned and paid media, blog posts, campaign scripts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online.


Role description:

  • Conceptualize, ideate and develop content and communication strategies, calendar that align with the company's objectives, target audience, brand objectives.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, behavior and persona.
  • Create compelling, well-researched, and original communication and content for various platforms like blogs, websites, and marketing materials including scripts, social media posts, videos.
  • Develop ad concepts, scripts, storyboards working closely with marketing, design and product teams.
  • Ideate and finalize monthly social media calendar, posting frequency and develop content for the same.
  • Assist the Marketing Head in day-to-day marketing and brand building activities.
  • Continuously research trends in the financial, debt-relief industry to keep abreast of latest developments and trends in the debt relief space.
  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities.
  • Excellent proof-reading skills for grammar and consistency related agendas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to produce content that supports business goals.
  • Incorporate best practices in content writing and marketing.
  • Should have handled fast paced environment and is a multi-tasker.
  • Most recent experience should be most relevant if coming from finance and fintech section, could consider added plus but not a compulsion.


Role requirement:

  • Min Graduate preferably post in Journalism/ PR
  • 5+ years min experience.
  • Has a portfolio to share.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Details oriented with an eye for proof-reading
  • Experience with national & international media & publishers is a huge plus.
