We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to drive the growth of our YouTube channel and foster a thriving online community. The ideal candidate is a passionate video enthusiast with a strong understanding of digital platforms and a knack for engaging audiences. The person should also be comfortable with camera handling and making video.


Responsibilities:

Channel Growth and Strategy:

  • Develop strategy and execute a comprehensive YouTube channel growth strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics and preferences.
  • Optimize channel settings, metadata, and video content for maximum visibility and discoverability.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and analyze channel performance metrics to measure success and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Should be able to scale monetization on Youtube


Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop engaging video content concepts that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality video content that aligns with the organization's messaging.
  • Produce videos, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and style.
  • Manage video publishing schedule and maintain consistent content calendar.


Community Building and Engagement:

  • Build and nurture a strong and engaged YouTube community.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Encourage viewer interaction and participation through contests, giveaways, and Q&A sessions.
  • Collaborate with other media channels to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Will assist in building our existing community and drive revenue


Analytics and Reporting:
