Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and driven intern to join our Internal Communications team at the central office of Publicis Groupe. This role will provide you with an exciting opportunity to work directly with our management team, assisting with internal communications and helping to create engaging content that fosters a collaborative and informed work environment. As an intern, you’ll play a key role in promoting the agency’s culture, initiatives, and internal projects through various forms of content, including written posts, visuals, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of internal communications (e.g., memos, newsletters, and event announcements).
- Help design engaging graphics and visuals for internal newsletters, presentations, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with management to ensure internal communications align with agency goals, values, and culture.
- Monitor and contribute to the agency’s internal social media channels to keep the team engaged.
- Support the organization and promotion of internal events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Assist in gathering content from various teams and departments to highlight agency achievements and initiatives.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
- A keen eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Interest in advertising, marketing, and corporate communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation for digital environments.
Preferred Background:
- A background in art, design, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience or coursework in content creation, graphic design, or digital media is a plus.
